Need advice on my routine

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums and was wondering if I could get some suggestions about my current routine.

Monday - Chest
Incline BB Bench 3x8
Superset: Flat Bench x3
Flies x3
Cable Cross 3x8
SkullCrushers/Pullovers 3x8
Incline Flies 3x8
Pushups
Tuesday - Arms
Superset: Barbell Curls x3
Tricep Pushdowns w/rope x3
Superset: Hammer Curls x3
One Arm Tricep Pulldowns x3
Superset: Preacher Curls x3
Nosebusters x3
Superset: Forearms x3
Wednesday - Legs
Squats 3x8
Lunges 3x8
Superset: Hacksquat x3
Leg Press x3
Calf Raises 3x8
Thursday - Back, Abs
Superset: Low Rows x3
Lat Pulldowns x3
Superset: Reverse Flies x3
Lower Back Extensions x3
Superset: Dumbbell Rows x3
Bent Over Rows x3
Decline Situps while catching 4kg ball 3x to failure
Weighted crunches 3x8
Oblique Machine 3x8
Friday - Shoulders
Military Press 3x8
One Arm Cable Lateral Raises 3x8
Front Dumbbell Raises 3x8
Arnolds 3x8

My partner and I do 30 mins of cardio every day before lifting. What do you guys think?

drop the cardio before lifting, and personally i find better results when combining body parts and a higher frequency. How u finding it?

add deadlifts in your back routine...that will give u the thickness....and for shoulder maybe do a bit more such as shrugs and dont forget the rear deltoid with bent over laterals etc.....overall not bad....i like it

Thanks for the advice guys! We will be moving cardio to after lifting once classes are in session. I'm doing good with this I guess, getting consistent gains across the board on everything. And we do shrugs on shoulder day, I just had a brainfart. We'll add the deadlifts and rear delt laterals.

Question also, because of our timeframe right now, we take no breaks between sets unless it is to change plates or drink water. Is this good, bad, or does it not matter?

its ok i do the same thing....keeps the intensity up and the blood flowing and allowing ur muscles to rest enough but not too much for it to grow
