Yesterday was chest day again and what Ive been doing is skipping flat and just doing incline and flyes. My incline is pretty good Im still pushing like 315 for 6-8 reps.Flyes are great too i usually end with 70lb dbs.
Well I decided to do some light flat just to see what would happen and 245 went straight to my chest.I couldnt push it up at all.By then i was mad as hell and went back and tried 225 and could only squeeze out 4 reps before I couldnt stand the pain no more.Ive been stubborn because I wanted to get my shows in this year to qualify for the nationals again but i dubt it will happen now.I am gonna use this time to focus on my legs, abs and maybe some arms and pick up my cardio so I dont gain any fat.Chest, shoulders and back are out.Military presses dont bther me at all but Im assuming it wouldnt be a good idea to do them either.
Man this sucks.Im gonna be taking it real easy for the next 4 weeks.I leave for vegas in the morning for a week and then I go to China the saturday after i get back from Vegas.I hope 10-12 weeks will be enough time to heal up but who knows.

work around it bro, laods of different angles. As for weight, it dont matter, slow mo, rest pause it, so you have no momentum. I know youll do it, positives all the way, walk through walls if you have to, Jim
