I wouldnt go full body, you just cant work everthing properly when you body is fatigued which it would be half way threw. That is a long answer and mabey someone will type it out but if you want some ideas now take a look at the splits people are doing in there logs in the training log section. Most people are in the gym for an hour. How many days are you wanting to go?

Good answer islander. I would say do push, pull and lower, training three days a week. I think its better than upper lower but its your preference.

it is all dependent upon your goals, experience, and how much time you have to workout each week.. are you looking for mass, strength, weight loss? what is your experience in the sport - and what are some of your past routines? can you workout 3 days? 4 days? 5 days per week?

you get the idea. the more info, the better we will be able to guide you..
