Does anyone know where I can get some information on band training? I bought some bands from ironwoodyfitness.com because I am interested in gaining strength. I was introduced to band training through a powerlifting group. I am really not interested in powerlifting through. My ultimate goal is mass and am not interested in trying to lift a certain poundage for 2 rep by itself.

I was out of weightlifitng for 2 months due to injury and after that it seemed like alot of the mass that I had gained faded. Even on my biceps I lost near 3/4in. I figured that band training would help me gain strength faster from now til the end of the year because next year I want to do some blitz work.

I have a workout for band training if I were powerlifting and it is ok but I know that after using it my size probably will not be there and I really dont want to lose what I do have. I have only found 1 article dealing with band training. Just gives some principles to go by. With that I am wondering if I should just do the powerlifting style routines with bands til I am ready for mass training again or use my current routine and incorporate the bands into it.

In the end, does anyone have any info or links that I could use to read up on it?

Thanks alot
John
