[/quote]I just want to tell you that you have a lot more equipment than you think. I work out at home. And let me tell you, there is no better place than to work out than by yourself at home. The focus you will have at home is unachievable at a gym. Anyways enough bullshitting. I have a Joe Weider squat rack that has adjustable pins on it. So you can make it a squat rack a incline/decline/flat bench, shoulder press, or whatever you want from it It comes with an adjustable bench (incline, decline, flat) and the bench has a preacher curl pad at the end of it, as well as a leg curl and leg extension machine. The squat or bench rack has cables, one on top and one on the bottom. If you have this and a pair of dumbbells, you are good to go and have an excellent home gym.
I have the same thing plus custom made adjustable dumbbells that go up to 240lbs. each.
Buy that machine it's like $450.00 and will last you a life time, get a weight belt and dumbbells that are adjustable up to 100lbs. +. If you have all that you'll be set.
As for legs. Try walking lunges. Standing in place lunges. Dumbbell Squats. And if you have a barbell. Barbell Squats, front squats, hack squats, leg presses (only go half way down, you can lift twice what you squat believe it or not, this only hits your outer thighs however.) Standing calf raises, seated calf raises with the barbell on your knees.
Good luck, I hope I didn't bore you and I hope all that shit helps.

My bench is just a simple one the previous owner cut off the leg extensions, it does not even incline I have to put a tool box under it. I love working out at home I would not want it any other way. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
