Have any of you gentleman tried these, or incorporated them into your routine. Do they have any benefits for bodybuilding, or are they more of a olympic sport training style.
i use to do it for football...its just like a different leg workout...alot of jumping. stuff like jumping in the air and then coming down straight into a squat then from there jumping up again...i didn't think it was that special
^^Yeah, that's what I was pretty much thinking too. I've tried the "clap-up pushups" before, and it really didn't do much. As for jumping higher, I think it's great for other sports, but I don't think it's really all that important for BB.
