My left hand is weaker dan ma right n its really annoyin wen it cums to bicep training n sumtimes back (rows for eg). What do you guys think is the best way to overcome dis problem. I know i can js isolate my left hand n ignor using ma rite, but i dnt wana do dat.

Use dumbbells and make as many reps with the left hand as with the right! Get a spotter if nescessary.

Make your right arm match your left arm. Don't try make your left arm keep up with your right. When you do dumbell exercises, do the left arm as hard as you can, then just match up the number of reps/sets with the right. Everything will soon fall into place, just give it some time.
