Why are you taking so much time off? You really don't have time to get to a gym still? You won't lose too much depending on diet I'd guess 5lbs-10lbs on each exercise or there abouts. I've never taken 20 days off though so I can't say for sure.

Im pretty sure you start atrophying after 3 weeks of not training which gives you s spare day (although i stand to be corrected)

I wouldnt sweat it too much bro just have a good holiday and you will come back fresh

Shouldnt be a problem. As long as you keep your diet the same, trying to eat the same amount of calories, you should be just fine. It will probably even be good to have a rest and let you body regenerate. Depending on how hard you train, it important to take time off once in a while... while 20 days is long, it won't do much to you. First week back, work at 60% of what you were doing and then get back into it! :)

Look at it this way... you know when you stop drinking for a month or so and then when you decide to drink again you're drunk after like 3 drinks? It'll be kinda like that. You'll get a great pump from lifting hardly anything.

*In case it's not clear I do not advocate drunk lifting.

Have fun, enjoy. Come back refreshed and ready to hit a new personal best.

Much better than worrying about losing anything, getting worried and come back tired.

With 20 days off lifting (completely no exercise in my example), terrible diet (though not bad calorie-wise) and varied sleeping patters, you'll lose maybe 1-2lbs of muscle? Which btw you will quickly regain once you start resistance training again. Now go out and have fun! 20 days off is nothing compared to 300 days on in a year!
