I've been lifting for 3 years and have decent size but my bech sucks and my arms suck. I can olny do 225 5x and my arms are right at 17in. I recently started doing high volume and love it, but I'm a idot and keep changing my routine. My size and strength went up when I was doing this:
Sunday- chest,calves
Monday- legs,abs
Tuesday- arms,calves
Wednesday- off
Thursday- shoulders,traps,calves
Friday-back,abs
Saturday-off

My question is can I still do this when I'm tring to cut. :pissed:
