when you hit legs on tuesday hit back on friday
when you do back after legs you will kill your lower back and propably injure yourself, and your legs play a big role in deadlifting

^^agree, doin proper deadlifts after hard leg day would with extremely difficult. Your hamstrings and glutes are way too involved with the deadlift. Not to mention that your lower back is gonna be shot in no time.

i do chest and have at least one rest day between legs and back
your lower back is something you dont want to risk injuring

U just answered your own question! lol yup deadlifts after squat day could really lead to overtraining
