Gotta love the power rack. I used to only really use this for squats, but its great for alot of things.
Like chest and shoulders for instance, great and much better than the smith, i never get on that great with the smith, can never position myself right but with the rack u can use a free bar and position it the way u like and u have the horizontals to protect you from the bar falling on you.
Had an awsome workout today with chest using it. Got new personnel bests and its a much better feeling.
If you have one in your gym use it. Its a neglected genius piece of equipment

power racks make me feel safe. saving people one at a time from **** maneuvers with heavy weights. lol

I just got a power rack 4 months ago and it's the best investment me and my bro got. We lift together so it saves alot of money that we can buy **** together. I never benched on the smith but we used to do overhead presses and squats on the smith and now using the power rack I notice less knee pains on the squats and less collar bone pain on the overheads. I srill use the smith for calf raises.
