When I do my back double bicept pose my left bicept peaks higher than my right bicept. Is there anything I need to do "training wise" to fix this symetry problem?

I think it's just up to genetics.

You see, if you had said that the left bicep is bigger than the right bicep than you could have fixed it. If not, I think it's just the way your body is made. I don't know of any exercises that can bring out the peak in a muscle. Perhaps you are not posing right? I have tried posing before and I find it f**king difficult. It's hard to tense the muscles properly so that they look symmetrical.

Play around with the pose before you make any judgements.

does it really matter? unless you want to compete?

anyway dont start training one arm more than the other ... just keep training.

i have the same problem .. my right bicep peak is higher than the left one .. it could be genetics but now i'm using dumbell to make every muscle works alone .. to see if there is any change
