Depends on your goals and your genetics. I do my triceps with my chest and my biceps with my back (push / pull, chest and tri's push, back and biceps pull,) this way I only workout those muscle groups once per week. Or you could do the exact opposite if your arms a lagging. Chest with bi's and Back with tri's, this way your arms are getting hit twice per week.

To answer your last question... Yes most of it is just hype, just find the right schedule that works for you and stick with it, and change it up once you stop growing from that schedule.

Whatever works 4 U. + that's a really good way to make them grow. I don't really have the guts to do supersets anymore cuz I would take it to the extreme and overtrain in like 2 days.

Hey Don, when you superset do you do Bi's or Tri's first in the set, or how do you do them? I would always start with tri's since they're bigger than blast my bi's.

I like to do bicepts and tricepts together in one day. At first it was just something to test my body and see how it reacts to the change from chest/tricepts, and I enjoyed to results from the change so much that I started trainging them together and leaving chest for another day. Your pectorals are BIG muscles and it usually takes me a whole day to train them well so I gave my chest its own day. Sometimes i'll train chest/bicepts/tricepts/forearms. Thats when I have a good free day and i'm supplementing well. But I would for sure train bicepts and tricepts together, maybe even some forearms too, cause the pump your gettin off training them together is unimaginable!

just wonder what you guys think would be better for lagging arms. chest, triceps and shoulders, biceps or just a arm day. 3.5 years of training 17inch arms. thanks :104668211
