This is my routine:

Sunday: chest/triceps/shoulder

Monday: Legs/calf

Tuesday: Back/bicep/trap

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: chest/triceps/shoulder

Friday: Legs/calf

Saturday: Back/bicep/trap

I was wondering if this was okay? If not could u leave some suggestions.

My honest opinion is it sucks. There's really no reason to do one body part more then one day a week. You're lifting 6 days a week, there's no real reason for that. 5 is plenty and maybe a day of cardio on your off day. You want a day rest in your upper body otherwise you'll work it to much. See what you thin of this.

Sun-off
mon-back/tris
tue-chest/bi's
wed-off
thurs-legs/calves
fri-shoulders/traps
sat/off

Or if you don't want to do arms during the week with the other stuff save them for saturday and do bi's/tri's on saturday.

What do you think of that idea? Want to change anything? Let me know!

I like that a lot but can i do something like this instead?

Yeah that works to. Gives you enough rest between body parts. You should be good 2 go.

Definitely depends on the individual. Frequency, upon other factors is factor for specific hypertrophy. Although, some like me, adapt well without that. Volume, load, etc. needs to be adjusted to the individual.

So hopefully split training will give you the results you want. Your revised split looks good, give it a try and make sure you're training heavy, appropriate rep counts and killing the food.

chest/triceps/shoulder- once a week, dont do the session twice a week cos you will be over doing it!:)

I wouldn't do that either. Chest and back in one day is much. You're doing a 4 day split as it is so why not do something like this.

Chest/Bi's
Off
Back/Tri's
Off
Shoulders/Traps
Off
Legs/Calves

Still the same amount of days but not to much on one day. It' split out more so you can put more into each body part and not over do it.
