what's up guys, I'm twenty i weigh 215.2 with 10% bf 5'11 been training for 2years about. I need to change my program i want to be hitting each body part every four days so i'm not going into atrophy. any suggestions. my other problem is having enough energy for my exercises that i do last each day.

do you recover quick enough because i would suggest to stay away from this type of training due to the fact of over training. But if you do recover quick enough here would be a program that i use and works for me I do a 6 day split like dorian yates did. Mine is chest and bi's, then back and traps, day off, then shoulders and triceps, and then legs, day off and then repeat again

how many reps and rest times like etc you are doing? if you mention the exact exercises then people could mabey figure out why your getting so tired my the end. mabey doing things in a harder order then you need to be. lack of engery could also be a diet thing are you having a pre work out shake or meal? what and how far before?
