You click the link and it asks you to verify the 3 letter/number combo just to verify you aren't a spam bot. Once you do that it starts downloading.

Acetyl CoA is composed of 2 carbons and coenzyme A - the coenzyme A is made from the B vitamin pantothenic acid. Once pyruvate is made into acetyl CoA there is not reversing it.

BUmp. Hey guys ready to help me out again? I got Understanding Nutrition, and Essentials of Strength TRaining and Conditioning for Christmas. The books that Brent and Jay had recommended so I'm gonna start reading them tonight. I'll be updating this thread with some new questions that I may have.

The biggest thing I got out of this thread is the creatine system as well as vocabulary. Although their was a lot more.

Hey mike. I'm currently working on understanding nutrition. I love and I'm positive you will too. Very easy to understand, and contains the backbone to information you and I both were confused about. Lemme know how it goes. Take notes and reread if you're confused.

How far are you Kev? I skipped to the Carbohydrates section after skimming through the first couple and they didn't seem too important. I love how they discribe monosaccharides simply as single sugars and sisaccharides as sugars composed of pairs of monosaccharides.

Monosaccharides are glucose, fructose and galactose. Alright, I was just gonna ask what they are then looked down the page and saw haha. I'll read before I ask.

I'm on chapter four. Dude def read the entire thing no matter if you know it. The way certain physiological adaptions and process' interwind with one another is a hard so concept to understand. The way the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas and stomach react when nutrients get in there is the backbone to nutrition. You will love it! Pm me if you wanna stay on track with me or W.e
