Hey Guys, havent posted anything on here for a while, now i am at college and am living about a mile off campus and am wondering which would benefit me more, walking or biking to school?

Also for lifting ive been lifting at nights and am wondering how long should i be waiting in between sets and i am still trying to get cut...thanks guys!
