Hi, after doing alot of research this is what i am planning on doing.
Diet
Meal 1: 6 egg whites & 2 slices of wheat bread,
Meal 2: Whey protein shake
Meal 3: chicken breast (7oz), brown rice (1/2 cup), 1/2 cup broccoli
Meal 5: Protein shake w/ 2 tbsp natty peanut butter.
Meal 6: (Pre work out) 1/2 cup oats
Meal 7: 6 (0z) steak 1 cup greens

Morning Cardio
Weeks 1-3: Cardio 3x/week 30min/day
Weeks 4-6: Cardio 4x/week 30min/day
Weeks 7-9: Cardio 5x/week 30min/day

And i work out to build 5 times a week doing chest, arms, back, legs, ect.
where can i go to find out my fat percent, and if possible what kind of results do you think i will have? i will be taking Lipodren w/ ephedren on the cut cycles and a 6 week cycle of dbol pill form and test on the bulking cycles

this is a general plan, if im not doing something correct or anything, any info or help is needed thank you guys

Unless I missed something in your previous post, we need more information. Height, weight, training experience, estimated body fat percentage (most gyms have a hand held device that sends and electrode and measures the resistance against your stats. Its not very accurate, but it will give you a base line).

Now, for your cardio: I have posted millions of times about the benefits of HIIT training versus steady state for body composition purposes.

Also, based on the research, I am a big proponent of higher frequency, higher volume training utilizing mostly compound movements.

I don't know much about nutrition, especially during cuts, but meal 7 should have a slow digesting protein. Cottage cheese, or casein protein would be better than steak. It would also be better to have more carbohydrates in meal 7, because it looks like that's your post work out meal. Another thing, if you haven't already, I would post that steroid cycle that you want to do during your bulks in the steroid section. I know next to nothing about steroids, so don't quote me, but a 6 week cycle of test and d-bols doesn't sound right. The guys in the steroid section will help you out big time.

No problem, bro. Btw, you might want to fix that typo in your signature. Haha, it says "Paint is weakness leaving the body." Not being mean, just letting you know.
