I don't know much about nutrition, especially during cuts, but meal 7 should have a slow digesting protein. Cottage cheese, or
casein protein would be better than steak. It would also be better to have more carbohydrates in meal 7, because it looks like that's your post work out meal. Another thing, if you haven't already, I would post that steroid cycle that you want to do during your bulks in the steroid section. I know next to nothing about steroids, so don't quote me, but a 6 week cycle of test and d-bols doesn't sound right. The guys in the steroid section will help you out big time.
