3x10 dumbell curls
3x10 preacher curls
1x20 standing curls
1x15 standing curls
1x10 standing curls
on the standing curls i increase weight ten pounds each set

Too many exercises.

Stick to 1-2 exercises. You will have a greater recruitment and load through pull ups. Stick to strict barbell curls or dumbbell curls. 21's work well also. That said I'm also a huge advocate of drop sets with arm exercises.

Also, if you want a bigger arm the triceps make up the majority of the arm, place more focus here.

Way too much volume. Preachers and close grip barbell curls give you the peak. To balance out the difference do dumbbells stuff with your bad arm first and don't let the good one do more weight or more reps than the bad arm.
6 sets is enough volume for biceps.

I do 3 sets on 3 exercises rep ranges between 8-12 (except on warm up)
So a total of 9 sets.

A good simple effective routine would be
Standing bar bell curls
Alternating supination dumb bell curls
Dumb bell hammer curls
as this hits the bicep from different angles and the brachioradialis with the hammers, bringing you bicep in nicley with you forearm

It's common for some guys Bicep peaks to be off a little. Even still mine don't intirely match, it won't take long to put right, then again it's not a biggy unless you're going for a comp. Try 21s, Animal curls & Concentrations for the peak

1 exercises done for 2-3 sets properly is enough to overload the biceps.

Kev how do you know that one exercise is enough, doesn't it vary from person to person or is it relatively the same because it's such a small muscle?

Well of course it varies. For me to say it doesn't is just plain bias. But usually, 1 exercise, properly done with little ant. delt recruitment and 0 back involvement...done for a few sets is enough.

Most people place too much emphasis on their bi's which is why they hinder growth, Imo.
