[quote=MikeNYY420;595496

I hate kickbacks, they could be replaced with a lot better exercises IMHO.[/QUOTE]

i hate them to , but in a love-hate kinda thing, you really get a good isolation from them, not really for strength but a finishing kinda of excercise, they will work your triceps like 21`s burn your bicepts, burn,,baby,burn,,burn
there are always better exercises for everything you do, but maybe not for me and maybe not for someone else,, well unless you like .. how did you put again,, oh here it is let me paste it ""Popeye and a baseball so I'm happy with that"" so the girls think your arms look like popeye playing with a baseball?? what kind of bicep training are you doing bro... haha

i wouldnt say that your doing to much, i do 4 exercises for my biceps. maybe you jusrt need to change up your bicep routine to enable you to bring up your right bicep.

I would recommend the 21's exercise for biceps. i use this to finish off my biceps by the end of it my arms are fried

yea the 21`s are a killer, i just dont use them as often, going to use them for the next 3 weeks than change it up again, i like the extra work they add to the bicep routine,, i agree change is good, keeps you from getting stale on your work outs,

yup here is what they hit , this is a quote from this link
Tricep Kickbacks

This exercise is especially good for the ending range of motion in the tricep. It works the long head of the tricep and is responsible for improving definition in the entire muscle.

hope that answer`s your question bro

^ It's not over your head so it doesn't work the long head, I'm pretty sure on that fact bro.

Dumbbell Kickback

This site says it works the tricep brachii that's not even on my anatamy chart. I think the tricep brachii is a small tie in?
