i do totally agree but due to it being my staple excersise when i was recovering its just one of those things i have to do:P
as for your other post a lot of people dont like listening to other peoples information or opinions:P
they just like to stick to their own plans and never take any1 else ideas and plans into consideration and they must be right (not aiming at anyone) but a lot of us (bodybuilders) need to stop being so naiive and negative towards other peoples opinons.
We are all here to learn new things.. well i am |
yea but for the most part its a pretty good place, thanks for reading my thread, after your accident was the rest of your body in working order, since it was your staple exercise? I really dont understand how anyone can concider biceps not part of a planned program , what you just wake up one day knowing how to properly train them, i dont think so, yes the mechanics to moving the arm into a curl position is pretty basic, but lets face it who here started bodybuilding knowing what they know now? How do we get the knowledge to train correctly? Its not something your genetics can teach you,so like everyone else either you read up on how to train each body part correctly or you watch someone at the gym or ask questions, doesnt matter what body part your training, you need some information or insight as to what exercise does what to which area, otherwise whats the use of having a workout routine? there is a proper way to curl a dumbbell/barbell and a incorrect way, the proper way will give you greater results since you learned not to use your whole body to swing the weight up, bottom line is you needed some insight into training the bicep`s , not how to move the weight from down to up, advice and wisdom, its what makes a average bodybuilder into a great bodybuilder,.

I guess I'm trying to say that if you stick to the basics with biceps and keep at it consistently you'll get there and there isn't a whole lot more to biceps than that. |
mike , if it was that easy then why so many training video`s and research on the bicep training??
