im bulking till im 18 or 20 y/o so i think it would hurt a little with the rock hard abs lol visible abs ok but till i have to cut for a show i want to gain mass ;D
i like to mostly rely on back work for forearm development but i DO have a spring loaded adjustable resistance based gripper that i'll use once or twice a week for a 5-8 minute session.
