I would say lateral raises for your delts, presses too. For your lats wide grip chins, low rows, lat pulldowns and t-bar rows are just some of many.

Try doing

3 sets of presses
3 sets of side laterals
some upper trap work like shrugs or upright rows
3 sets of rear delt flys

As for back try throwing in some wide grip chins, t-bar rows, dbell rows. All of these will add width and depth to your back.

jesus... presses for delts for size. wide grip upright rows up to the bottom of ur chest for width in ur delts. rear delt work along with back work because u use them a great deal then... on ur delt day focus on presses and lateral head work. it'll be the most beneficial for you.

Laterals don't do a whole lot of anything. Push press and dumbbell presses for delts and I like to throw in some BO raises for rear delts although those are also hit a lot on back day. The rears are hit from deads even and lat pulldowns

For back I like deads of course for back pull ups are good and wide grip lat pull downs are all great for that V shape. Worked great for me.

I also had the same thought. Why would laterals not do anything?
