Buldging stomach/ab area. What to do?

I've had this area on the left and right of my belly button area that sticks out as far or farther than my abs when I flex them. I asked the doctor what it was and he said it was muscle, but I don't know because when I flex it they're hard. If it was muscle then why don't I see anyone else with this, no bodybuilders or anyone else has it.

I don't want that, muscle or not, so is their a way to get ride of it? It's not only fat, there is a little fat over it, but even if I pull that away they still stick out too far.

Anyone have this or know how to rid of it?

Its your intestines behind the abdominal wall. You might just be backed up.

Do you get enough fiber, do you go at least once per day?

Try a few days of psyllium husk fiber at 10g before bed to clear yourself out.

I was thinking of trying soem colon cleansing stuff yeah I go more than once a day. And I eat a lot of fiber, but I'll give it a try.

I (and most people) have the same thing. That's why 4 days out from a show I eat a large quantity of fiber, then drastically reduce my fiber until after the show, so that there is limited waste in my intestines.

^ I bought some ColonClenz today anyway so I hope I can get rid of it. Damn maybe my doctor's not that good if he thought that it was muscle.
