I am quite new to bodybuilding. But lately I have been going to the gym seriously. But when I workout I rarely get the 'pump', which arnold talked about. If I do get it, it is for a short time. I have this empty feeling when I walk out like I haven't done enough.
How do I know I am doing enough and pushing myself?
How do I get a pump consistently?
Do I lift bigger weights?
Should I go for more reps/sets?
Should I stuff like pushups to aid it?
