Im trying to lost fat on my stomach to gain defintion, im finding this difficult atm as im trying to go from
height - 5 ' 8
weight - 10st 6 (65kg i believe)
to
12 st (76 kg)
anyways, my diet mainly totals up to around 3000-4000 calories per day, mixed with protein/carbs.
my current ab work out is brief but effective,
20 ankle reaches on both side
20 normal crunches
20 full crunches
i repeat this circuit once more and do my main targer *chest / arms etc* then have a break to do them again.
I also do oblique crunches on the bench with a 10kg weight + doing leg lifts which i do 2 x 20, after each workout for my abs i go on the oblique roller i thnk its called and do around 3 x 10.
im trying to stay away from cardion atm, as my metablisim is unbeliveably fast lol.
any ideas on how to lose this fat on my stomach, without dieting or cardio?
