HIIT for the win.
The muscle loss compared to fat loss with this type of training is minimal as well. This is in your best interest if your goal is fat loss. If you are bulking, light cardio is the way to go, HIIT literally incinerates fat but its tough. It's worth it, you'll see results fairly quickly, within a couple weeks; much better than jogging.
