So my deadlift numbers have been going up fast, but my weakest part is getting it off the ground. Once I get it up though I can lock out easily, so my question is, is there a way to increase that part of the lift? Maybe by being on a platform or something?
I do my deads with a sumo stance, but not WAY wide just a few inches past shoulder width.
