I need help ,I'm getting an olympic weight bench, it is coming with I think 305 LBS of weights, IDK much more about it. I need to know what are some things I can couple with it that are not to expensive to start building longer, and so I can use it when I have to work and the gym closes before I can get to it. BTW do those doorway pull-up ars really work?
