I have been ON Test 500mg wk and Tren for 5wks @400mg wk, but done the Tren now. I have 5 weeks remaining with the Test.
My trainning was 12,10,8,8 reps for the first few months, i was wondering if it would help if i did 4x 15 reps for 2-3weeks and then back to lower reps while i finish and come off?
Mon = Chest-Tri-Abs
Tues = Legs
Wed = Back-Bi-Abs
Thurs = OFF
Fri = Shoulders-Tri-Abs
Sat = Work three hours unloading truck conssider light back and bis
Sun = Off
Products that i think help with joints i take Gainer shakes with lots of protein,glutamine,fish oil 4g daily,glucosamine 2g daily.
