I have been ON Test 500mg wk and Tren for 5wks @400mg wk, but done the Tren now. I have 5 weeks remaining with the Test.

My trainning was 12,10,8,8 reps for the first few months, i was wondering if it would help if i did 4x 15 reps for 2-3weeks and then back to lower reps while i finish and come off?

Mon = Chest-Tri-Abs
Tues = Legs
Wed = Back-Bi-Abs
Thurs = OFF
Fri = Shoulders-Tri-Abs
Sat = Work three hours unloading truck conssider light back and bis
Sun = Off

Products that i think help with joints i take Gainer shakes with lots of protein,glutamine,fish oil 4g daily,glucosamine 2g daily.

get some cissus or glucosamine dude. i see no compounds that could be drying ur elbow out personal. winny tends to do it, but other than that not much

on Glucosamine 2g daily.

i can expect joints to feel a little bit soar if my db presses go up 40lb in a shorter time then normal?

yeah, cuz ur tendons and ligaments don't have time to get adjusted and to catch up to ur muscles.

any gear that has dieuretic-like effects are gonna dry up your joints. water lubricates your joints.

my buddy sodium loads before a workout because of this. he does it like the night before or something idk. he says the increased water retention makes him stronger too. and it's not so bad cuz you can get rid of water pretty easy. within a day or two.

i don't do it though.

i'm sure they'll feel better soon since you stopped tren.
