cutting down cardio

hey guys im planning out my cut and ive never done one before all i need is help for cardio im 187 i wanna get to 170 what would you guys suggest im a apprentice bricklayer so always moving etc aswell as i play indoor soccer tuesday nights

how long? cant sprint for 30min non stop

Personally, I prefer doing interval training on the treadmill. Run for 1min walk for 1-2min.
