lol hey guys
on wednesday, it was the first time i actually targeted my back, and worked on it, so i pretty much raped it and my back was like numb on the bus ride home but today it is just sore... like it hurts when i stretch and i cant even like reach out to pick up stuff i can but the soreness kicks in.... the soreness is mainly coming from the muscle on the back that connects the arm, to the lat, so by the under arms, and its just really sore when i put my hands up....
did i over work it? |
