lol hey guys

on wednesday, it was the first time i actually targeted my back, and worked on it, so i pretty much raped it and my back was like numb on the bus ride home but today it is just sore... like it hurts when i stretch and i cant even like reach out to pick up stuff i can but the soreness kicks in.... the soreness is mainly coming from the muscle on the back that connects the arm, to the lat, so by the under arms, and its just really sore when i put my hands up....

did i over work it?

i doubt that u over did it dude. if uve never targeted ur back before it's gonna end up being sore for a while. it's virgin muscle

yea i can do legs... i guess. like 140-160 on the extensions

70 on the hams and the squat machine where you sit down and push out with the legs i maxed at 200 before but now at like 160-170 depending

i used to be killer at 100m dashes

my legs are huge compared to my torso soo lol

I did that once, I think I just overdid it w/ chinups and pull downs. It hurt for a couple days I just stretched constantly and then a couple days later didn't lift as heavy just went for more reps... at least you know you had a good workout!
