Decided to run with an all upper body day as Im struggling juggling weight training with my busy football schedule. Was wondering what people thought to this? and the order?

Flat dumbbell bench press
Incline dumbbell bench press
Wide grip pull ups (weighted - 10kg) Until failure
Bent over row
Arnold press
Lateral raises
Dips (until failure)
Bicep curls

I second bulk's comment, switch them up for an over head dumbell press. Also think you only need once chest pressing exercise.

Also, run an agonist antagonist scheme.
So chest press
barbell row
over head press
chin ups
tris
bis

Not a bad program at all. I would make two changes however. Scrap one chest press and substitute it with a fly and just switch your presses and what not between barbells and dumbells weekley. Second since your doing an isolation for biceps throw a tricep isolation in there cause dips are touchy with isolating the tris it uses alot of chest
and as bulk suggested do an antagonist style routine push then pull

Not a bad looking routine, but there are one thing only that I find wrong.

Lateral raises, most of these movements will require stimulation of the shoulders.

Doesnt dips all depend on the angle of your body? if you were vertical it shouldnt use hardly any chest
