i was wondering what are some good work outs for the...

lats....

pects....(is there a lower and upper?)

biceps....

fore arms....

triceps....

any back work outs.... thats key

lol.. You need a whole workout don't you? There's so many exercises you can do per body part it's hard to say. you need to experiment to see what works for you. Here's some basics.

chest..
Flat,incline,decline,flies,incline flies,cable cross overs

back...
Seated rows close and wide grip..lat pull downs, dead lifts, stiff leg dead lilfts, one arm rows

shoulders...
Military press,dimbell press,reverse flies,front and side raises, upright rows, shrugs

legs...
squats,leg extensions,leg curls,calf raises,leg sled or leg press

Bi's...
preacher curls,incline dumbell curls,stright bar curls,hammer curls,cable curls

tri's...
skull crushers,rope pull downs, overhead extensions,dips

Don't worry so much about forearms since you use them in every upper body exercise but you could do forearm curls if you realy wanted to.

havent been training much bc of soccer, i guess that training

anyways lol i was at the gym yesterday and i was doing back only lol i used all the cable machines for the back... i try to avoid freeweights since i would be the only young guy in the dumbell section... surrounded by 10 jacked guys....lmao

anyways i am really sore today from yesterday but not the places so much where i was trying to hit.... my pect are hurting more than my back as my back is only somewhat sore....

Don't let those guys bother you. You pay just as much as they do to be there so as long as you're not being disrespectful they won't care. Soccer is good cardio but still hit the weights. Look up some of the exercises I told you about and put together your own workout that benefits you and then tweak it so it works for you. Good luck!

yeah. I thought I answered it. But without me seeing what exactly you're doing I can't critique your form. Basically even though you're working one body part you still use others which can lead to them being sore. But as for your chest being sore on back day.....?.....Don't know it's never really happened to me.

Dont use soccer as an excuse not to workout, I can play 5-6 times a week and im still gaining weight right now. The only thing to make sure is your diet is on track and youll be fine.

What position do you play?

You need to strenghted your core.. Lessen the weight on bench presses and contract your abs while doing bench press..

Work on getting your back strong with deads and your back won't hurt after bench pressing..
