lol.. You need a whole workout don't you? There's so many exercises you can do per body part it's hard to say. you need to experiment to see what works for you. Here's some basics.
chest..
Flat,incline,decline,flies,incline flies,cable cross overs
back...
Seated rows close and wide grip..lat pull downs, dead lifts, stiff leg dead lilfts, one arm rows
shoulders...
Military press,dimbell press,reverse flies,front and side raises, upright rows, shrugs
legs...
squats,leg extensions,leg curls,calf raises,leg sled or leg press
Bi's...
preacher curls,incline dumbell curls,stright bar curls,hammer curls,cable curls
tri's...
skull crushers,rope pull downs, overhead extensions,dips
Don't worry so much about forearms since you use them in every upper body exercise but you could do forearm curls if you realy wanted to.
