he's only 14, turnin 15 in august, but he's pretty small compared to a lot of peeople in his school
so, i'm making him workout, here's his schedule
Monday:Biceps, back, forearms
Tuesday:Triceps,Chest, Shoulders
Wed:Rest day
Thurs:same as monday
Fri: same as tuesday
also, everyday he does cardio, 20-40 minutes, and every other day during the weekday (monday, wednesday and friday) he does abs...if you want me to post what he does, i will if asked. |
