so, i'm making him workout, here's his schedule

Monday:Biceps, back, forearms
Tuesday:Triceps,Chest, Shoulders
Wed:Rest day
Thurs:same as monday
Fri: same as tuesday

also, everyday he does cardio, 20-40 minutes, and every other day during the weekday (monday, wednesday and friday) he does abs...if you want me to post what he does, i will if asked.

ok, should i just let him lift weights with his legs, or are there other excersizes that would help?

Try this split:

Day1) chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2) quads, hamstrings, calves
day 3) abs & cardio
day 4) back/biceps, forearms
Day5) repeat

The whole leg thing is fucking cracking me up.

"Does he have legs that work"

"Yeah, Why"

"Tell him to use them" LOL

Hey, I think Legs, Back, Shoulders, and Chest are most important bodyparts for a bodybuilder. Don't get me wrong, everything is important. But those are the ones that make you look hella massive. All I'm saying is they require priority compared to your arms which are a lot smaller muscles anyways.

Don't push him too hard, I've tried to train my brother and he really cant take it the next day. He never works out cuz he's a mesomorph and no matter what he eats, or how much beer he drinks he's always at like 7% bodyfat at 160 lbs. I wish I had his genetics.

well, right now my bro is at 120 lbs. , he can bench a max of 80 lbs. but what he does is do 10 reps of 55, 10 reps of 65, then 10 reps of 75. he can only curl about 25-30, about 10 reps each

Thats alright, everybody has to start somewhere, no reason to not train legs. Keep his reps around 12-15 for now.

Thats impossible if he does 10 reps of 75 he should be maxing out at 100
