Hey everyone, so I've been training consistently for the last 4 months and I've noticed alot of change. First when I started training, I was completely natural, nothing but eating, and working out. After about a month and a half I started hearing about all the supps, and proteins so I decided to give ON Pro Whey, and some
Superpump 250 a try. It worked like a charm, giving me soo much energy, and those extra pumps, made me feel great. After about 2 and a half months I decided to take it up a notch, and started taking more protein, using fish oil, multivitamins,eating wayy more, and started stacking the Superpump with Plasmajet. After like.. 2 weeks of that, I just started getting these horrible stomach aches, shits from another planet, and just couldn't function properly. After all of this I put it all away, and stopped taking everything except for the protein, fish oil, and multivitamin, and ofcourse the food stayed ohh the food!! Anyyways the whole dilemma about my thread, is that now that I'm off everything I can't seem to go up weight or gain any mass, or do anything bigger and better. I just feel like I'm either doing something wronggg, or just wasting my time. It's getting really frustrating because some parts of my body just completely outshine others but when I try to work them they are pumped for like a day then they seem to just die down again.. This probably sounds weird but guys I'm freaking out heree!#$% HELLPP SUGGESTIONS
