I found this on youtube somewhere. This is unreal, it hits the entire mid and upper back.

Hold a couple of small plates or dumbells overhead, and do a good morning, but keep the arms extended overhead the entire time. Most people will probably want to start with the 5s or 10s . This is one of the hardest things I've tried to do.

Not a fan, but i stick to the basics so meh. Kinda like those exercises where you stand on a medicine ball and do military press etc. I think sometimes people try to make things a little too dynamic.

Dont think i'm a fan of this, it wouldn't work your spinal erector or hams at all and just focus on your shoulders really. And theres already lots of different extremely hard shoulder exercises already. Try doing overhead squats or side bridges with a dumbbell. Both are freakin hard and would work you harder imo.

Depends on what your training for, they can benefit the more athletic rather than bodybuilder because its works your core more. I do a few of those types of exercise and love them, they are extremely hard compared to just an overhead press.

They're pretty hard and great for hams and lower back.

Good point.

Training on a balance ball actually has a legitimate purpose. When you train on an unbalanced surface your body needs to recruit more muscle fibers so that it can maintain that balance in order to execute the exercise. While it's not practical for all exercises, you take something like a medicine ball db press and you not only recruit the basic bench muscle fibers, you recruit additional stabilizing muscles and additional fibers in order to keep form.
