hey guys

im haveing some problem covering my coverbone. My chest is good though, one of the better aspects of my body but my collar bones stick out like a mofo. Im not sure if it my traps that cover it or if my upper chest just needs another good blasting

just if your wondering heres my upper chest/traps workout

incline dumbell bench
incline bench press
i guess dumbell flies(not really upper chest)

DB shrugs
widegrip barbell shrugs
rope pull downs

any help wouild be greatly appreciated. or if any one has the same problem and now fixed will also help.

Your Pec minor (upper chest mucles) will over shadow your collar bone when you start gettin bigger

dude, not to break balls, but that's still pec major. pec minor is below (deep to) your pec major.
