Not that i'm aware of only others are lifts that assist in increasing those lifts. I've just begun to learn them and working on the form, so i wouldnt be able to give you too much advice on the matter :-)

One is'nt necessarily superior, just depends on how your program is structured, nutrition, and other variable factors. If anything, powerlifting are more 'isolated' compound movements, whereas olympic style lifts are compound in the truest sense, using literally every muscular system of the body.

You should sample in both disciplines, as one bolsters the success and gains of the other.

Although you gain size it's noticeably less than bodybuilding. You really have to do powerlifting/ olympic lifting more for the love of putting l=plates after plate after plate on the bar and moving huge amounts of weight. That's what I do and I haven't looked back. I haven't gotten a huge lot bigger and I eat everything in sight.

Personally I prefer powerlifting because the movements are easier to do correctly and not as easy to hurt yourself doing. I see people jumping up and back and resting a 500 plus pound bar on there shoulders/ neck area in the clean and jerk and it makes me kinda wary of trying it.

Olympic lifts are great for athletics. If you use moderately heavy weight and concentrate on the speed at which you're doing the movement (which is really the whole idea behind these lifts) they can help develop POWER, which is technically defined as (force*distance)/time. It can help you develop the ability to move weight at higher velocities which is great for sports. As far as bodybuilding goes I think they are great because they involve a large amount of muscle mass and therefore stimulate a lot of testosterone production/secretion. They are great lifts to incorporate into a monday (or first training day of the week) routine to really get the hormones flying around.
