Hey guys im still on a bulk but iv put on some excess fat so i wanna start cutting down slowy i have 4 months so what would you guys suggest for cardio also im a ectomorpth and a apprentice bricklayer so my work is very psychical just looking for good cardio routine thanx

Bricklaying is almost like cardio by itself, (I'm assuming, I was never a mason) If it is that, I wouldn't go crazy on it, but I'd still do some. Pick your machine of choice, jogging, treadmill, bike, whatever, and just do it a few times a week.

Give some HIIT a go, 10x50's 2x week should suffice.

^^ Yep on the days you don't lift. For me personally, I only run outside. Treadmills are depressing. Find a nice trail and try both. Good luck!
