I need some help concerning stetching. Im pretty flexible as it is and I train martial arts 2 times a week and we always stretch there so I know how to do it properly,
but I have a problem, when Im going to do a split or when Im stretching my hamstrings/legs so I get more flexible to be able to do a split I get a burning pain (gonna add pictures so you can see in which area) on the back of my right leg and its not like the usual stretching-pain or what to call it.
So I wonder what should I do and what could it be, should I see a doctor about it? or should I take it easy with stretching until my martial arts starts in 1 month roughly and ask them what they think? or do you guys know whats causing it and how to solve it? its pretty much the only thing that stops me from doing splits or acquiring the flexibility to make me capable of doing a split...
added a pic of where it hurts and which stetching excercise which it hurts during

We take a pause during summer, not just the pupils but the instructors aswell, so its really no one there to ask :P
Edit: forgot to say that it hurts nomatter if I warm up, ive tried after doing legs at the gym and after martial arts and it still hurts, do you think careful stretching would do any good?
