Im a little less then 5 weeks out from show now and I feel like the last thing i lose water out of is from my legs and the lower butt. Is it a bad idea to wear Sauna pants during a workout or cardio session to keep off some excess water weight? Or will it drain out to much out of the muscle? My upper body is fine and Verry Vascular i just feel its a bit odd that my upper body can be so lean and my lower body look so smooth.

Someone posted a while back about this, I think it was danp or moorey but i cant seem to find it unfortunetly.

They were saying its to do with gravity and if you just elevate your feet during your sleep and before the show etc it will flush out.

Ill keep trying to find it for you though because obviously that description was pretty bad lol
