ok im cutting and want sum animal style lol, so ive looked at wolverines workout and i was shocked by it, anyway ive put different exercises in that hit the same muscle group in same way e.g lat pulldown swopped for pullups etc, the link to the real one is here: Hugh Jackman its at bottom, i think it looks great for condition, size and definition like logan (wolverine)

DAY 1:

3 x 12 Dips (I Dont Like Doing Heavy Pressing Just In Case The Swiss Ball Pops)
Supersetted
3 x 25 Pushups
----------------
3 x 12 Pullups
Supersetted
3 x 20 Resistance Band Shoulder Press
----------------
2 x 20 Resistance Band Side Raises
----------------
3 x 12 DB Curls
Supersetted
3 x 12 Close Grip Pushups

DAY 2

Tri-Set
3 x 20 BW Squats
3 x 20 Toe Touches
3 x 20 Calve Raises
----------------
5 x 20 Jacknifes
5 x 20 Swiss Ball Crunches

DAY 3

Tabata Pushups
Tabata Shoulder Circles
Tabata Squats
Tabata Pullups

There It Is My Variation, It'll Be Brutal No Doubt...

I believe there wont be enough of a workload to consider this for size. Condition and definition comes down to a combination of training and diet. So I'm not sure I see the point of this, if those are your goals.

You seem to almost be against even the option of training using any program that can be even close to considered "structured resistance training."

Since you are hell bent on strictly conditioning, check out this site for some ideas... Just understand, (for the sake of your own expectations, and my sanity) you are going to gain marginal size and strength from these workouts.

Understand two things.

1st. The camera angles add the illusion of size and definition.
2nd, and perhaps more important to your perspective. A lot of these celebrity workouts are fake!
Why, because they want to post some crazy stuff to make you think the star went through hell to get in shape for this movie. 1. It makes the camera angle illusion more solid, 2 it builds the actor's "badass-ness" up in the eyes of the public, and helps him/her fill the role much easier.

His sideburns give the illusion of size. Grow some and you too will have size like him.

Well Ive just shown my dad pictures of bodybuilders i wanna look like and he said it wouldnt look right id look like a circus freak and i showed him a picture of TRIPLE HHH & SHAWN MICHAELS from WWE and he said if im training like a bodybuilder than triple h's physique would be perfect perfect size and tone for my bone structure in bodybuilding, but if i wanna be athletic than shawn michaels would be best bet or mr atlas,

but now im wanting to train bodybuilding as you see from my post above, so im looking at triple hhh as motivation and my goal :)
