How long am i suppose to wait...

alright guys, right now im full !! i just ate chicken breast,brown rice, and veggies, i dont know why im supper full but i guess its because of all the water i drank with it.

what i want to know is, is there any limit of how long i should wait to go workout after eating,

i wasnt able to go workout today at 2, i always go workout at 2-3 pm
so can anyone tell me whats a good time to eat to be able to go all ready and set at around 2-3.

i normally wait at least 1.5 hours after a meal like that b4 working out. Sometimes ill have a shake instead of a whole-food meal, and ill wait around 45 mins until i workout after that. for me it all depends on how i feel. i WILL NOT workout on a full feeling stomoch. As long as you feel ready to hit the iron then the time is right. everyone is different.

sooo 12:30 around there right....

but i dont know why i always get like superrr full in the morning,(plzz tel me if im over eating) i eat like at 12 and i workout at 2:30
i eat 5 egg whites with 1 whole egg (i cook them) and my protein shake...

im planning to eat my eggs at 8:30 and my protein shake at 11:30 so that i can go workout at 2.

but for now i eat the eggs and shake at the same time (12) and im always going all full to the gym at 2.

i would do that too, but if you think about it...
you could mess up your whole meal schedule, i want to start eating every 3hrs. but if im full and i end up waiting 2hrs. i only have a few time to workout and i dont know!

i would seperate them, some will say to take the shake asap when you wake up and than take in a whole food, some will say take in a whole food asap when you wake up, so its up to you,find what works for you

It all depends on you... everyone is different mate, some people like above can eat 20 mins before the gym, some need 2 hours to digest before the gym. For me, it depends on what im working at the gym. If im doing legs, i definetly need 1-2 digest before going, otherwise ill puke. If it's something like.... shoulders, then i dont need much time.
