One of my bicept is about half the size of the other. When i started training serisouly ( 5 month ago ) i though he would catch up so i didn t trained them differently but now it s still half the size of the other and now that i start lifting good weight i feel that it make some of the exercise abit sketchy at the last rep when i use everything i have.

Anybody could tell me what to do so it can catch up with the other without stop training one arm i wanna continue my progress.

continue to train both arms but you need to give more attention to the smaller arm so it can catch up. track ur progress by measuring them and remember not to overtrain them

Half the size? I really don't think thats possible unless you had a bicep injury or birth deformity in the muscle.

Use some dumbbells, isolate each arm individually.

well yea it s not really half the size but there s a big difference. At the moment i m training bicept 1 time a week would it be a good idea to do couple exercise for my smaller bicept only on another day. That whay i wouldn t slow my bigger one and since i m training abit more my smaller one he would catch up ?

Do you normal bicep routine, but at the end: hit that arm with a concentration curl or one arm dbell preacher curls, you need to give that arm more work to get it caught up..

I would suggest doing an one armed exercise with your inferior arm, as chris suggested. I myself has a small lat imbalance where my right side was slightly larger than my left. I've been doing one arm cable rows to even it out and I am seeing results. I personally throw it in towards the end of the workout.

continue training them as is, my suggestion is every single time:
1. grab the weight with weak arm
2. start the first rep with weak arm
3. finish each set with weak arm
