AHH! why am i taking long to see results!

i started working out hard like a month before summer started, and ive been working my ass off since, i have a well diet(cut) im not eating anything fatty! im eating exactly how im suppose to eat, i do 30 min. of cardio from monday-friday. i work my ass of in the gym from monday through friday too and sometimes sat.! what i dont get is! why am i felling fatter! i look at myself in the mirror and i see myself the same! i could see some changes in my muscle tone but not what i expected!

im currently taking protein(ProPepTide)/(nitro-tech) and creatine mono and im also taking T-Roid and Methadrol.

what advice can you all give me to get big and lose bf Quik! any! from eating to training to the supplements! ANY!!! advice will really really help me!

just a thought but you know its impossible to bulk and cut at the same time right? i would suggest figuring out which one you want then do it. some of those supps might be hindering you. the creatine will make you hold more water for sure. just my two cents.

im on a cut! why, what am i doing wrong or what am i taking wrong! plz tell me lol

and im 16, i know i know i only have this week taking them, i got them for $50 haha and they cost my cousin $125 (i was there with him when he bought them)
why are they no good, i know im to young but i could tell my cuz if there a waste of money or not!?

alright man thanks! i will, i only today and yesterday taking them, but ok ill stop! ill give them back...

ok well besides that, what else am i taking or doing wrong

My Meals:

11:30/12:00- 5 egg whites and one whole egg...protein shake

Pre Workout 2:00- 1 tspoon of creatine and 1 banana, i workout at 2:30 or 3
Protein shake right after my workout

6:30- chicken breast,brown rice, and veggies.. to drink water(i drink alot of water)

9:30- meat,brown rice,sweet potatoes,and veggies!

12:30- cottage cheese or againg my Protein shake,

i think i got it all right??? right!?

i know i wake up late! haha it because i have alot of trouble sleeping and i go to sleep at around 1am or sometimes 2! =S

see what some of the other guys say bout the diet , but i would be definatley be adding oats in the morning along with those eggs

i would too, but since i workout at 2:30 or 3 i still feel the protein shake and the oats in my stomach so i stopped eating that in the morning haha

dude didn't you make the exact same thread a month ago? did you ever get a bodyfat test? fat loss takes time, you need to accept it. ask a trainer at your gym to take your bf% every few weeks so you know for a fact if you're shedding some fat pounds. invest in some personal training if that's what it takes. even though you're not bulking you need to still be lifting, are you? if so, alter your routine so you're doing one that fits a cutting regimen. if not, then start.

stop taking all those damn supplements and shit!

brown rice and sweet potatoes at 9:30 at night?? no more of that bro. just eat that meat and some veggies. cut the carbs out of the last two meals of the day. and when you are getting close to bed, just have enough food to take the edge off

i havent gotten my bf% done yet, i get it at the store that i buy all my supps from.

but ill go to see how im doing, and YESS! im working my ass of everyday!
