ok well besides that, what else am i taking or doing wrong
My Meals:
11:30/12:00- 5 egg whites and one whole egg...protein shake
Pre Workout 2:00- 1 tspoon of creatine and 1 banana, i workout at 2:30 or 3
Protein shake right after my workout
6:30- chicken breast,brown rice, and veggies.. to drink water(i drink alot of water)
9:30- meat,brown rice,sweet potatoes,and veggies!
12:30- cottage cheese or againg my Protein shake,
i think i got it all right??? right!? |
