Alot of people say melatonin bad for me and I really think it's ignorant to say. They don't understand what melatonin is or does, they just think it's a sleeping pill. I take 3mg only on days where I can't fall asleep which is roughly 5 times a month. An added bonus of melatonin is that it has been found to increase GH during sleep, always a good thing, but don't go take it every single night!
Anyone else have any input on melatonin? (sorry to steal thread but I think we've all answered your question mike)
