Yea, The last gym I was with was golds gym. The accountant was an idiot, Everytime I brought my payment in early they promised they wouldn't draft my checking account, and everytime... they drafted my checking account. it was getting ridiculous. They overdrafted my account to $119 and refused to refund me the money, I'm still fighting it.

hah I'm still alive fellas! My net was just shut off for a week. ok so I've hit the gym with my recruiter most of the past week. The first day I did cardio, I started with 15 minutes on the eliptical. It felt like i was trying to run through snow. I couldn't last, I jumped on the stationary bike and pumped out 30 minutes of it. halfway through I had to stop to throw up, my stupid ass forgot to eat that morning. The next day I went down the a river here and tread against current, and wrestled with some friends in the water for about 2 hours. just a good physical day. by the end of the night I couldn't walk my legs were that sore. so sunday I literally stayed in bed all day. Monday did cardio on the bike, and a few quick reps of the bench at 85 lbs 3 sets with ten reps. did an exercise i don't know the name of, i'll get that later. tomorrow this saturday, I do two sessions tomorrow one in the morning, and 1 after noon. and two on wednesdays also.

Nutrition as follows today.

7:00 A.M. 2 egg white 1 egg, with 4 strips of steak wrapped in a tortilla.

12:00 P.M. Meal replacement smoothie (From a place called tropical smoothie)

5:00 P.M. 1 whole sushi roll minus three slices. (white rice, salmon, snapper, avacado, cucumber, hotsauce, and wasabi)

My nutrition sucks, I know. I'm realizing it's harder to do it, I gotta make the time to sit down and copy the lift from the net, I just got my net turned back on after being cut off without knowing the bill was due. ( there went my grocery money. *rolls eyes*) I'm just going to get a bunch of stir fry veggies, and some chicken breasts cook them all up with some brown rice, and freeze them in little bags so i'll be able to take them for work.

I'll be honest, things are just really tight financially for myself right now. I'm going to look and see if I can find something cheap and healthy that I can eat every day up to multiple times a day for a few weeks. Has anyone ever been in that situation, if so what did you guys eat while you were in the crunch?

I'm ramping my training up some, we're doing it on the weekends now and if we miss a day we have to do two sessions the next day. One for that day, and one to make up for the one we missed. So I want to assume that as long as I stay moderately healthy, I can still shed some of the excess fat from being so heavy. I'm hoping that I won't plateau too quickly, so that by the time I do I'll have the funds to make my diet healthier.

Diet is the name of the game and yeah it can get expensive. Just stay as consistent as you can until you can afford better. That's all you can do. Stay positive and keep us updated.

Totally, I gotta go shopping tomorrow so I'm going to try my hardest to get something relatively healthy with the $50.00 I got.

Sorry about being so infrequent with my logs, I'm just so ****in busy right now. The past few weeks we've just been ramping up in the cardio department. 30 min interval sessions everyday for right now. Last night I unpacked my old declined ab bench, I should be on it right now but I slept weird and my lower back in sore. but I'm going to hit it tonight, after my cardio.

20 minutes on the elliptical (i hate those machines)
My heart rate stayed at 180 for 18 minutes of it.

Then jumping off the machine and immediately running out side to do suicides in the parking lot in the heat. Did 4 running suicides, then 2 short backwards running suicides. Walking it with high knees about 6 or 7 times. The parking lot is about maybe 50 feet or more.

I ****ing loved it! I want more! Every time they ask if I wanna quit I'm just gonna say "HOAH!" and keep going.
