Nutrition as follows today.
7:00 A.M. 2 egg white 1 egg, with 4 strips of steak wrapped in a tortilla.
12:00 P.M. Meal replacement smoothie (From a place called tropical smoothie)
5:00 P.M. 1 whole sushi roll minus three slices. (white rice, salmon, snapper, avacado, cucumber, hotsauce, and wasabi)
My nutrition sucks, I know. I'm realizing it's harder to do it, I gotta make the time to sit down and copy the lift from the net, I just got my net turned back on after being cut off without knowing the bill was due. ( there went my grocery money. *rolls eyes*) I'm just going to get a bunch of stir fry veggies, and some chicken breasts cook them all up with some brown rice, and freeze them in little bags so i'll be able to take them for work.
I'll be honest, things are just really tight financially for myself right now. I'm going to look and see if I can find something cheap and healthy that I can eat every day up to multiple times a day for a few weeks. Has anyone ever been in that situation, if so what did you guys eat while you were in the crunch?
I'm ramping my training up some, we're doing it on the weekends now and if we miss a day we have to do two sessions the next day. One for that day, and one to make up for the one we missed. So I want to assume that as long as I stay moderately healthy, I can still shed some of the excess fat from being so heavy. I'm hoping that I won't plateau too quickly, so that by the time I do I'll have the funds to make my diet healthier.
