I'm just wondering who the strongest be are on here, just out of curiosity. What are your maxes for the big lifts (deads bench squat military press)?
Mine are in my signature for anyone wondering.

^ True still like to see people hopefully being truthful and learning the stats. mm1snapper for bodybuilding maxing is a waste of a training day somewhat, but I max often because I'm more into power lifting.

Hah...thats true. Hopefully we are all honest enough to post correct stats. Here are mine, most recent was my squat max, done last week.

Squat = 330 lbs
Deadlift = 264 lbs
Bench = 198 lbs

Man its so wierd using pounds, I gotta use a converter everytime, we use kgs out here.
